I am a therapeutic counsellor based in Cornwall offering sessions to children, adults and couples. I follow a person-centred practice with use of cognitive behavioural therapy skills (CBT), I offer a safe space to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours within your own self-guided journey, I aim to help you develop skills, widen your knowledge and challenge your thought processes,

I have always wanted to provide care and support for others, when I thought about becoming a counsellor I was fascinated by self-development and wanted to help myself explore what was going on for me. I started volunteering in a low secure mental health ward and through talking to the patients I found that just giving them my time to talk helped them to explore their own problems and they trusted in me to listen.

I have lived in Cornwall all my life and have always enjoyed exploring the countryside, walking along the beaches and spending time with my family. When I'm at home I love to sing, bake, discover new crafts and spend time with my dog.
